Da ich demnächst ausziehe suche ich einen Nachmieter für mein WG Zimmer im wunderschönen Westend. Das Zimmer ist ab ersten April.
Dein Zimmer ist das größte in der Wohnung (Ca. 20qm) und unmöbliert. Die Vorhänge, Stuhl, Schreibtisch, Bett und Bücherregale können übernommen werden (mehr können wir besprechen :))
Die Wohnung verfügt über 3 Zimmer (Dein Zimmer, Wohnzimmer, Zimmer deiner Mitbewohnerin).
Das Wohnzimmer teilen wir und es ist bereits mit einem Sofa, Fernseher usw. ausgestattet.
Die Küche ist modern und komplett ausgestattet (inklusive Waschmaschine).
Das Bad ist etwas klein und getrennt von der Toilette, hat aber eine Badewanne!

Since I'm moving out soon, I'm looking for a new tenant for my shared room in beautiful Westend. The room is open from the first of April.
Your room is the largest in the apartment (about 20sqm) and unfurnished. The curtains, chair, desk, bed and bookshelves can be taken over (we can discuss more on that :) )
The apartment has 3 rooms (your room, living room, room of your roommate).
We share the living room and it is already equipped with a sofa, TV, etc.
The kitchen is modern and fully equipped (including washing machine).
The bathroom is a bit small and separate from the toilet, but has a bathtub!

Zu Fuß:
10 Min zum Uni Campus Westend, Grüneburgpark oder Rothschildpark/Alte Oper
2 Min zum Bus
5 Min zur U-Bahn Station Westend
5-10 Minuten zum Penny, Rewe, Metzger, Bäcker, DM usw.
In die Innenstadt (Zeil) brauchst du mit dem Fahrrad circa 10 Minuten.
Zum Main 15.
Das Westend hat viele Restaurants und ist eher ruhig (Hier kannst du auch nachts um 2 rum laufen ohne Angst zu haben), innerhalb von ein paar Minuten bist du aber mittendrin!

Deine neue Mitbewohnerin heißt Mia und ist 25 Jahre alt, sie arbeitet in der Pflege. Mia ist gerne in der Natur, liest viel und interessiert sich für Biologie, Medizin, Klavier, gesundes kochen usw. Sie können sie immer beim Radfahren, beim Besuch von Dominions und ihrer Leidenschaft für die Umwelt, Tiere und Pflanzen sehen! Wenn Sie sich für Sport interessieren, wird Mia Sie normalerweise willkommen heißen, mitzumachen. Mia interessiert sich für verschiedene Kulturen und ist immer bereit, Neues zu lernen und auszuprobieren.
Generell ist das WG-Leben sehr entspannt. Mia ist immer bereit zu helfen, wenn nötig.

Wichtig wäre noch, dass du für die damals gemeinsam angeschafften Sachen eine Ablöse zahlen müsstest. Hier geht es um das Sofa, den Fernseher, diverse Bad Möbel usw. (Circa 240 Euro)
Der Einzugstermin kann je nach Bedarf flexibel gestaltet werden.
