A spatious room with high ceilings and a big window, lots of possibilities. There’s always natural light entering the place. The window faces the street, which is quite quiet despite the area.

The flat consists of four rooms: your bedroom, two other bedrooms and a living room with two sofas as a shared space. It has a big and fully equiped kitchen and two bathrooms. The flat has no cellar.

The room comes with no furniture.

The visits can take place in person but the interviews will be held online because Hendrik is currently not in Frankfurt.

I hate SCHUFA (request now) but the landlord requires that you have it.

The flat is located at the end of Taunus Str. in direction to Willy Brandt Platz. Right in front of the Deutsche Bahn Building. Surrounded by lots of places where to eat, supermarkets, and barely 8 minute walk to Frankfurt Hauptbahnhof.

Your flatmates will be Mariam, a literature student at Goethe and working in a newspaper office. And Hendrik, a fine arts student who also works as stage designer. The living situation is very sweet. You can hang out in the kitchen or living room and they’re all very organized. The flat requires someone who is responsible and can keep up a schedule of cleaning.
