Das helle gemütliches Zimmer ist 11 Quadratmeter groß, und durch das große fester tagsüber gut beleuchtet. Das Zimmer wird unmöbiliert abgegeben.
Die Wohnung selbst bietet eine räumige Wohnküche inklusive Küchenzubehör und Spülmaschine. Die Wohnküche hat mit seinem großen Sofa, dem ausziebaren Esstisch sowie dem Balkon einen Aufenthaltsraum für alle Bewohner der WG.
Die WG liegt 2-3 Minuten Fußweg von der Tram- bzw.
Bushaltestelle entfernt, von wo aus man auf direktem Weg die Innenstadt erreicht. Die S-Bahn-Station liegt ca. 9 Minuten Fußweg entfernt bzw. eine Station mit dem Bus oder der Tram und ist nur eine Station vom Hauptbahnhof entfernt.
Ebenfalls zu Fuß zu erreichen sind ein Scheck-in-Center (Edeka, Aldi, Dm, Bäcker) sowie ein Lidl, Apotheke, Biomarkt und verschiedene Restaurants.
Ebensoin Laufnähe befindet sich ein schöner Wald, Parks und das Fußballstadion sowie ein Sportplatz und ein Golfplatz.
Wir sind 4 Medizinstudenten, die sich durchs Studium kennengelernt haben und ein ausgelassenes, harmonisches und freundschaftliches WG-Leben führen.
Ich habe mich nun allerdings dazu entschieden in eine eigene Wohnung zu ziehen wodurch wir nach einem neuen WG-Mitglied suchen.
Wir haben zeitweise einen WG-Hund, der jedoch nur selten in der Wohnung sein wird. Jedoch kann es immer sein, dass irgendwo noch Hundehaare versteckt sind. (Jfyi an Allergiker)
