Das Zimmer ist etwa 14m² groß und hell.
Das Bad mit Klo und Duschwanne liegt im Vorflug zum Zimmer und wird mit 2 der Mitbewohner (Tom(23) und Tim (23) geteilt.)
Die WG liegt in der Nähe des Ginnheim (super Anbindung), man ist in 15 min am Campus Westend und in knapp 10 min an der Bockenheimer Warte mit Fahrrad.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es bei Rewe, Lidl, Aldi alles fußläufig ca. 10 Minuten entfernt.
Wir sind Studierende oder Arbeitende verschiedener Fachgebiete.Da wir alle mehr oder weniger auch arbeitstätig sind, haben wir tagsüber oft alle etwas zu tuen. Trotzdem treffen wir uns gerne zum gemeinsamen Kaffee/Tee, Bier/Wein oder Essen, dazu bietet die Küche Platz.
Wir sind unkompliziert und wenn es die Zeit zulässt auch sehr gesellig, gleichzeitig kann sich natürlich jeder uneingeschränkt auch zurückziehen. Wir haben einen Putzplan und teilen unsere Lebensmittel, natürlich ist es aber auch möglich sich etwas selber zu kaufen oder zu "reservieren".
Wir haben eine voll ausgestattete Küche, Spülmaschine und eine Waschmaschine, die wir gemeinschaftlich nutzen.

The room is about 14m2 in size and bright.
The bathroom with toilet and shower tray is located in the run-in to the room and is shared with 2 of the roommates.
The shared flat is located near the Ginnheim (super connection), you are in 15 minutes at Campus Westend and in less than 10 minutes at the Bockenheimer Warte.
There are shopping opportunities at Rewe, Lidl, Aldi all within walking distance approx. 10 minutes away.
We are students or employees of various fields. Since we are all more or less working, we often all have something to do during the day. Nevertheless, we like to meet for coffee/tea, beer/wine or food together, and the kitchen offers space for this.
We are uncomplicated and if time permits, we are also very sociable, at the same time of course everyone can withdraw without restriction. We have a cleaning plan and share our food, but of course it is also possible to buy or "reserve" something yourself.
We have a fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher and washing machine, which we share.
