Das Zimmer liegt zum Garten hin und hat einen Balkon zur Eigennutzung.
Im Zimmer stehen einige Möbel der Vermieterin, für die kein Abschlag zu zahlen ist (140cm Bett, Schrank, Schreibtisch, Stuhl, Kommode).
Die Miete beträgt 650 Euro warm.
Die Küche ist mit einer Spül-, Waschmaschine, Kühlschrank und Mikrowelle ausgestattet.
Das Bad hat eine Badewanne und ein großes Fenster. Jeder hat 2 Fächer zur Mitbenutzung im Bad.
Die Miete umfasst alle Nebenkosten und WLAN, lediglich GEZ-Gebühr müssen wir noch zahlen.
Uns ist Sauberkeit sehr wichtig, daher haben wir für alle gemeinsam genutzten Räume (Bad, Küche, Flur) einen Putzplan.
Die Wohnung liegt sehr ruhig, dafür dass man nur zwei U-Bahn-Stationen zur Konstablerwache fährt.
Ein Rewe und ein Bäcker sind in unter 5 min zu Fuß zu erreichen.
Der Ostpark ist 10-15min zu Fuß entfernt und zum Main dauert es auch nicht viel länger :)
Wir sind Gaelle (22) und Juliano (22) und wohnen nun schon ein Jahr zusammen.
Wir verstehen uns gut und bei Gelegenheit erledigen wir Einkäufe, kochen oder spielen etwas zusammen. Wir sind keine Zweck-WG aber genießen auch unsere Ruhe :)
Besichtigungstermine können sowohl vor Ort, als auch digital stattfinden.
