Das Zimmer ist voll möbliert mit Bett(1.40), Kommode, Schreibtisch, Stuhl, Kleiderstange, Regale,Rollo und Lampe. Das Zimmer ist westlich gelegen und kriegt so immer viel Sonne ab.

Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral, man benötigt 15 Minuten zur Uni, 10 Minuten zu Lidl,Aldi, Edeka, Apotheken und Restaurants.
Es gibt ein Wohnzimmer, einen Balkon, eine voll ausgestattete Küche und ein Bad mit Waschmachine.
Im Haus gibt es einen Aufzug, einen Wascheraum zum Trocknen der Wäsche, einen Kellerraum und einen Fahrradkeller.
Im Haus und der Umgebung ist es sehr ruhig.

Deine Mitbewohnerin werde ich sein. Ich heiße Larissa, bin 29, studiere Musik und spiele Geige (versprochen nur zu gesitteten Uhrzeiten, ausserdem ist die Wohnung sehr gut isoliert). Ich bin ein sehr entspannter Mensch und viel unterwegs. Sauberkeit ist wichtig, aber manchmal herrscht auch geordnetes Chaos. Mir ist wichtig, dass es von 0-6 Uhr ruhig ist und Partys gibt es nur selten, das sollte auch so bleiben. Ansonsten gibt es eigentlich nicht viele Wünsche.
