Das Zimmer ist 16 qm groß und liegt in der StuSie Studentenwohnheim(Sundgauallee). Die Warmmiete (inkl. Strom, Television und Internet) beträgt Monat 329 Euro.
Das Zimmer ist voll möbliert, bestehend aus einem Schreibtisch, einem großen Schrank, Bett, Regal, Printer und Stuhl. In der WG und auf dem Balkon gibt es WLAN. Wir sind eine 4er-WG. Zu vier teilen wir uns die grosse Gemeinschaftsküche (mit Spülmaschine) und einen genialen Balkon. Zu viert haben wir 2 Badezimmer.
The room is 16m2 and is located in the student housing 'Stusie'(Sundgauallee). The rent includes electricity, television and internet (fast) and is 329 euro. The room is furnitured, with a bright white desk, large closet, bed, shelf, printer und chair. The wifi network reaches also in the common areas and on the balcony. The flat is shared with 3 other students. The flat has a large kitchen (with dishwasher!) and a nice balcony, as well as two bathrooms. Laundry can be done on the first floor.
Mit der Bahn brauchst du ca. 8 min. zum Stadttheater und zur Uni. Fußweg von hier bis zur Bahnhaltestelle beträgt ca. 3 Min. Mit dem Fahrrad ist man in 10-15 Min in der Stadt. In 5 Min ist weiterhin ein Edeka, Penny, Bäcker, Pizzeria, Döner und eine Apotheke zu erreichen.
Es sind nur 3 Min Fußweg zum Flückiger See, vor der Haustür befinden sich ein Volleyballfeld und ein Soccerfeld.
