Hallo ihr lieben Zimmer-Suchende,
wir suchen ab 01.04.2023 eine neue Mitbewohnerin / einen neuen Mitbewohner für unsere wg, es handelt sich um ein 15 qm Zimmer mit Dachschräge.
The room has a 2 yr old black wardrobe from Ikea that wont be able to be moved and will have to be purchased from our current roommate for 50€. The bed is also optional to be purchased (60€) but it is not required.
Insgesamt besteht die Wohnung aus 4 Zimmern, einer gut ausgestatteten, gemütlichen Küche und einem Bad mit Fenster. Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine und andere Kleingeräte sind vorhanden, Badewanne, Balkon oder Garten leider nicht - dafür sind aber die Dreisam oder der Rotteck-Schulhof in Laufnähe.
Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral zwischen Faulerbad und Wiehregrenze. Hauptbahnhof und Innenstadt sind nur 10 Fußminuten entfernt. Auch eine Straßenbahnhaltestelle (Kronenstraße) ist direkt um die Ecke. Haupteinkaufsmöglichkeiten sind Lidl, Rewe und Aldi. Wer zu faul zum Kochen ist, kann auch auf den super leckeren und günstigen Vietnamesen zwei Stockwerke tiefer zurückgreifen :) Hier kannst du außerdem, wenn das Restaurant geschlossen ist, mit deinem eigenen Frühstück auf der Terasse sitzen und Sonne tanken :)
Lautstärketechnisch haben wir kreischende Kinder (Gymnasium) und Autos im Angebot, aber alles ist vorbei, wenn das Fenster zu ist.
You would live with Adrian (Mexican. Speaks Spanish, English and French). His wife stays with us for about a week a month, as she lives in Berlin. He likes to hang out with friends, go boldering and is happy to join in on a night in or out on the town. Kamil (German. speaks English, German, Polish) is the other roommate. He is a photographer and works partly from home. When he is around he is happy to chill out. Everyone is very well travelled and it's nice to share stories over a beer or wine.
We speak English in the apartment and are looking for someone who can communicate well in English, so everyone can always feel included. It is a very friendly apartment, we spend time together spontaneously and there will be moments where you have the whole apartment to yourself. There isnt a WG-Kasse and our cleaning plan usually works. Everyone is very chill and it is easy to communicate any changes that could be made to the apartment.
Everyone is employed and out of the party phase, therefore we are looking for someone who isnt looking to party in the apartment regularly. We split the utility bills and you would be taking over the internet bill. Everyone has a contract and we even out the costs between us. Adrian has the formula for utilities :)
When we have peaked your interest, please message us with a little bit about yourself and we will set up some castings. As Freiburg is a very popular place we wont be able to meet everyone nor reply very quickly, if at all. sorry!
PS: Wir brauchen manchmal was länger mit der Antwort auf eure Meldungen ^^ und möglicherweise schaffen wir es auch nicht alle Anfragen zu beantworten, sorry dafür.
Wenn möglich bitte auf Englisch schreiben, da Adrian noch Deutsch lernt. Kamil kann Deutsch sprechen und lesen, aber wir suchen jemanden, mit dem wir uns alle verständigen können.
