In 128 Sekunden am Sternwald...
Wir (z.T. schon berufstätig, z.T. noch auf der Suche nach dem Traumjob... - altersmäßig (ab 24 Jahren) bunt gemischt) wohnen in einem schönen Altbau der Jahrhundertwende in prächtiger Lage in der Wiehre (nahe am Wald, 10 Minuten zu Innenstadt und Uni).
Das freistehende Zimmer ist mit einem Hochbett teilmöbliert, ist ca.10 qm groß und hat Mittag- und Abendsonne. Es steht ab dem 1.April für einen Monat (oder auch kürzer ) wieder für neue Interessenten/innen zur Verfügung. Es ist zwar gerade ausser dem Hochbett nicht möbliert, aber wir könenn sicher ein paar Möbelbasics organisieren, falls gewünscht!
Die Warmmiete beträgt pro Monat 270 Euro (dazu kommen noch ca. 10 Euro für Telefon/DSL-Flatrate/TV und die von allen genutzten Küchenutensilien), für eine kürzere Zeit entsprechend weniger.
Nur eine dieser legendären Wiehre-Riesenküchen können wir leider nicht bieten (sondern nur eine mittelkleine), dafür gibt es aber einen Partykeller!

Und nun noch die englische Variante:
We are five people (working or looking for the best job ever...:-) !) and are living in a wonderful old house, built around 1900. It's located in the vicinity of the "Sternwald" and in only ten minutes you are in the city or at the university.
The room has 10 square meters, is furnished with a high sleeper and it smiles at the sun each evening... at the moment there is no other furniture in the room then the bed, but Iwe think we can organize some basic stuff if needed.
The rent for the full month is 270.- Euro + 10 Euro for TV, telephone, internet and kitchen stuff. The room is available for one month (or a shorter period) from April 1st.
