The room is in a 4-bedroom flat-share operated by SWFR (read: STUDENT ONLY). My contract ends on March 31st but I have already moved out, so it is possible to rent the room until the end of this month.
The room has very basic furniture: a bed with mattress, a wardrobe, a bookshelf, a desk, a chair, and a lamp. Unfortunately I cannot provide bed linen, so you need to provide your own. WLAN internet connection is available because I left my own router in the room.
The flat is very conveniently located. A tram stop is reachable three minutes on foot, and the ride to the city center takes less than 10 minutes. Otherwise, you can also bike to the center and it only takes 15 minutes. Edeka and REWE are within walking distance.
This bedroom is in a four-bedroom flat-share. We share one kitchen and two bathrooms, one of which has a shower. The kitchen has a dishwasher, stove, oven, kettle, a refrigerator, and plenty of kitchenware for everyone to use. Washing machines are at the ground floor and can be started with your student card.
Anna, Henrik, and Lotta currently occupy the other three bedrooms. We clean public area by turn on weekly basis.
Room viewing is possible between 5.00-9.30 PM.
