Das Zimmer wäre befristet vom 01.07 bis Ende August. Es könnte auch schon eher bezogen werden. Es ist 14m² groß und besitzt ein großes Fenster. Man hat einen schönen Blick. Folgende Möbel würde ich mit vermieten: Bett (90cm), eine Kommode und einen Einbauschrank. Leider gibt es demnach keinen Schreibtisch oder Stuhl.
Die Lage ist sehr gut! Es sind ca. 10min mit dem Fahrrad in die Stadt und der Seepark ist direkt um die Ecke. Dieser läd zum joggen und chillen ein. Einkaufen kann man bei Penny oder Edeka (ca. 5min zu Fuß).
Mit dir wohnen noch 5 weitere Studierende in der WG. Das WG-Leben ist eher ruhig und jeder zieht sich eher zurück. Aber bei zufälligen Begegnungen entstehen manchmal trotzdem schöne Gespräche.
