Das Zimmer ist 15 qm gross, ist hell und hat 2 Fenster. Da die Wohnung im Dachgeschoss liegt, sind zwei Wände angeschrägt. Echte Holzbalken und ein Echtholzfussboden sorgen für eine Wohlfühlatmosphäre.
Die Wohnung liegt zentral in der Freiau in der Heinrich von Stephanstr. Alles ist zu Fuss oder mit dem Fahrrad machbar und erreichbar.
Das Haus hat einen Garten. Der Zugang zum Dachboden ist frei, darüber kommt man auf eine Dachterrasse.
Wir leben in einer besonderen Situation: Wir sind ein Paar, Benny ist Physik und Mathelehrer hat 2Kinder und ist daher nur 50% da, ab und an sind die Teeniemädels (12 und 14) auch da. Ich selbst bin Kunsthistorikerin und im Kulturamt tätig. Wir würden uns beide als unkompliziert und offen beschreiben und freuen und wenn du Lust hast die Wohnung und uns kennen zu lernen.
