There is a chance that I can rent out the room until late September, depending on whether I get an extension for the room.
The room is probably around 12 square meters, furnished with the basics. The bathroom is shared with one other person.
There is a shared balcony, a kitchen that connects to the other 2 rooms, one of which is still empty. This means that there are 2 rooms from each side of the kitchen, in total 4.
The rent is € 290 – electricity, internet and garbage are already included.
The room is in the Vauban Student Village, a dormitory part of the SWFR. Unfortunately, this means that only enrolled students are allowed.
There are areas within the dormitory where you can play frisbee, do yoga, have a barbeque, play tennis, and there is also a small gym.
About 10 minutes by bike to the city center, whereas the tram stop is only about 4-5 minutes away. There is a Rewe just behind the tram station, and Aldi just a few minutes after that. Alnatura, DM and a bakery are also within that vicinity.
A current certificate of enrollment for all tenants must be presented to move in.
