Die Wohnung liegt im 5. OG des Hauses und hat zwei Zimmer, Küche, großen Eingangsraum mit zwei Sofas, ein großes Bad mit Dusche, kleines Bad mit Toilette und Fenster.
Das Zimmer ist schön hell.
Die Straßenbahn fährt direkt vor der Haustür. Mit der Bahn ist man in 15 Minuten beim Bahnhof und mit dem Fahrrad ist man in 10 Minuten im Zentrum.
Direkt an der Ecke findet sich Kaufland, 3 Minuten zu Fuß liegen Lidl und Aldi und weiter Richtung Zähringen findet man einen Edeka, Alnatura und dm.
In der Wohnung wohnen Nina und ich, und da ich nun ab Dezember ausziehen werde, suchen wir einen neuen Mitbewohner.
