Hello,
I’m subletting my room for this summer.
The room is free between the 15th of July until the end of September.
The room is in 4 people WG and is located in the student neighborhood of Stusie.
10mn by tram from the Hauptbahnhof, and just near by an amazing park with a lake.
The room is more or less 12m2, furnished, everything you need to cook is in the kitchen, there is a dishwasher, a laundry in the building and the WIFI/WLAN in the room.
I’ll prefer to find someone who will rent for the all time but if you’r interested only for a period between you can also contact me.
The rent is 250 euros per month,
