Mit Hund unter einem Dach?
Zu vergeben ist ein gemütliches Zimmer mit altem Dielenboden und kleinem Balkon im Dachgeschoss. Das Zimmer ist etwa 19qm groß, hat jedoch 3 Dachschrägen und ist unmöbliert.
Des Weiteren ein kleines Badezimmer mit Wanne und in der Wohnküche finden 3 Personen Platz.
Das 3 Familienhaus liegt am Ortseingang von Günterstal. Nette Nachbarschaft und vor allem nette Hausgemeinschaft (älteres Ehepaar und Familie mit 2 Kindern).
3 Minuten zu Bahn, Wald und Wiese.
Tagsüber, durch Bahn, Schauinslandstraße und Tankstelle nicht gerade leise.
Nachts aber ruhig.
Hoffentlich unkompliziert! Alles Weitere wird sich zeigen.
Grundsätzlich solltest Du ein eher ruhigerer Mensch sein (wegen der Untermieter) und Spaß am Hund und dessen Haaren haben.
Wir wandern und campen gerne. Für Gemüsegärtner, Hängemattenfreunde und Pyromanen steht ein großer Garten am Tuniberg zur Verfügung.
In der Miete von 440€ ist alles enthalten (Strom, Müll, Telefon, Internet).
