Hallo,
Gesucht wird ein Untermieter bis Ende Mai.
In meiner WG ist ein Zimmer ab sofort frei. Es ist ca. 16 qm groß und liegt in einer dreier WG. Rauchen ist im Zimmer nicht erlaubt.
Die Wohnung liegt in Haslach im 1. Stock direkt hinter einer Bushaltestelle. Garage und Stellplatz sind vorhanden. In der Nähe befindet sich ein Bäcker und eine Tankstelle. Zu Fuß ist man in 15-20 Minuten am Hbf.
Zu der Miete kommen noch Müllgebühren und GEZ, Gas und Strom dazu.
Besichtigungen sind abends möglich.
Das Zimmer geht zum Hof raus. Ist also ruhig. Und man ist auf der Sonnenseite.
Eine deiner Mitbewohnerinnen werde ich sein. Ich bin 30 Jahre alt und berufstätig. Mir spielt das Alter der Mitbewohnerinnen keine große Rolle, Hauptsache man versteht sich. Ich hänge gerne mit jüngeren rum. Du solltest allerdings ein bisschen WG Erfahrung mitbringen.
Ich besuche in Freiburg oft meine Zwillingsschwester mit ihren Kindern. Daher bin ich oft außer Haus. Aber ich mache schon gerne mal was mit meinen Mitbewohnerinnen.
