Hallo liebe WG-Suchenden,
Wir haben noch ein Zimmer frei ab sofort in unserer WG in der Markgrafenstr. in Haslach. Die Vormieterin ist bereits ausgezogen, der Einzug ist also relativ flexibel.
Das Zimmer ist 16qm groß und kostet 320€ warm. Lediglich die Kosten für Internet und Rundfunk kommen noch hinzu.
Es hat ein großes Fenster aus dem man einen herrlichen Blick auf die Berge des Schwarzwald hat.
Die WG verfügt über ein Badezimmer mit Dusche und Waschmaschine und ein separates WC. Die Küche ist platzsparend im Gang zwischen den Zimmern eingerichtet und voll ausgestattet.
Im Keller haben wir ein großes Abteil, in dem auch genug Platz für Fahrräder und weitere Dinge ist.
Haslach: Günstige Wohnlage, alle notwendigen Läden vor Ort in 5min zu Fuß zu erreichen (Lidl, D&M, Bäcker, Netto, Eisdiele, diverse Imbisse…), gut angebunden an die Innenstadt (10min mit dem Rad und 5min zur Straßenbahnhaltestelle)
Deine neuen Mitbewohner werden Selin (27), Cihan (26) und Julius (23) sein. Da Selin und Julius auch erst zum 1.4. einziehen werden, handelt es sich fast eher um eine WG-Neugründung.
Selin studiert Lehramt auf Primarstufe. Sie macht gerne Yoga, liest gerne und verbringt ihre Zeit gerne mit ihrer Familie und Freunden.
Cihan interessiert sich für Naturwissenschaften, verschiedene Kulturen und Sprachen. Er liest gerne, kocht gerne pflanzlich und hat eine große Teesammlung.
Julius studiert ab nächstem Semester Politikwissenschaft im Master. Er verfolgt gerne die aktuellen Ereignisse auf der ganzen Welt und fährt gerne Rennrad.
Da wir uns alle selbst noch nicht groß kennen können wir noch nicht viel mehr über das künftige WG leben sagen. Wir sind aber alle WG-erfahren und für alles aufgeschlossen. Und auch eine Putzplan etc. wird es geben (keine Sorge ;))
English description(Cihan): The flat is located in Markgrafenstraße50, 79115, Freiburg i.B., it has 4 rooms, 1 bathroom, 1 toilet and a kitchen. Common living areas are furnished. There is one washingmashine, 1 oven, 1 microvawe, 1 common fridge, and all the kitchen and cleaning materials available. It’s a relatively small but cute flat with a fair offer. The location and neigborhood is perfect. It’s close to the centre(2km, takes 5 minutes by bike). Bus and tram stop is very near and there are many shops around like Lidl, D&M, Beckesep(Edeka), Baeckerei, pharmacies, restaurants and so on. Not a party area, rather calm and peaceful and practical. After all, the rental price is heart-warming. 320 euros monthly all included for a 16m² room in a nice location and neighborhood in Freiburg I mean. :) Feel free to send us your messages to ask further questions or arrange an interview with us!
