Ich bin vom 1. Oktober bis zum 13. November nicht in Freiburg und vermiete daher mein Zimmer - gerne auch für kürzere Zeiträume, mindestens aber 3 Wochen.
Das Zimmer ist 13qm groß, hat ein 1,40m Bett, einen Schreibtisch, Kleiderschrank und Regal. Da ich nur so kurz weg bin, werde ich es nur teilweise ausräumen - den Schreibtisch und fünf Regalbretter. Dementsprechend verlange ich aber auch nur einen Teil der Miete, nämlich 300 statt 440€ pro vier Wochen.
I will not be in Freiburg from 1 October to 13 November and am therefore renting out my room - gladly also for shorter periods, but at least for 3 weeks.
The room is 13 sqm, has a 1.40m bed, a desk, wardrobe and shelves. As I will only be away for such a short time, I will only partially clear it out - the desk and five shelves. Accordingly, however, I'm only asking for part of the rent, namely 300 instead of 440€ per four weeks.
Die Wohnung liegt in Haslach/Ecke Stühlinger, also recht zentral und mit guten Einkaufs- und Ausgehmöglichkeiten. Zum Spazierengehen ist man schnell an der Dreisam, direkt vor der Haustür ist eine Bushaltestelle.
The flat is located in Haslach/Stühlinger, so it is quite central and has good shopping and nightlife possibilities. To go for a walk, you can quickly reach the Dreisam river, and there is a bus stop right outside the front door.
Mit dir wohnen hier zwei Männer und eine Frau bzw. ein Mann und zwei Frauen (im Oktober gibt es einen EIn- und Auszug). Zwei von ihnen arbeiten schon, deswegen ist abends ab halb 11 Ruhe angesagt. Ansonsten sitzen wir aber gerne abends zusammen, kochen und essen oder trinken noch ein Bier. WIr teilen alles Essen, inwieweit du dich dann auch daran beteiligen möchtest, steht dir frei. Einen gemeinsamen Balkon gibt es auch noch, vielleicht hat du Glück und kannst auf dem noch ein paar Sonnenstrahlen im Herbst genießen.
Two men and one woman live here with you, or one man and two women (there will be a move-in and move-out in October). Two of them are already working, so it's quiet in the evenings after half past ten. Otherwise, we like to sit together in the evening, cook and eat or have a beer. We share all the food, so it's up to you to decide how much you want to share.
