Liebe WG-Suchende,
in meiner WG wird über den Sommer mein Zimmer frei für ca. zwei Monate. Ich suche daher nach einer zuverlässigen Person, die in dieser Zeit auf mein Zimmer und die Wohnung aufpasst. Das Zimmer ist ca. 19 qm groß, hat eine bequeme Schlafcouch und einen Schrank (ein Teil der Möbel auf dem Bild werde ich vorher schon umziehen). Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht zum kochen samt Kühlschrank, Backofen und Mikrowelle. Angeschlossen an die Wohnküche gibt es einen großen Balkon auf dem man die Abendsonne genießen kann. Die Wohnung liegt in Freiburg Herdern/Güterbahnhof. Von dort aus sind es mit dem Fahrrad nur wenige Minuten bis zur nächsten Bahn, zu Supermärkten und 10 min zur Innenstadt. Die Wohnung teilt ihr euch mit einem anderen Untermieter der für den selben Zeitraum in der Wohnung ist. Bitte beachte, dass es in der Wohnung kein WLAN gibt.
Die 450 Euro sind pro Monat, also insgesamt 900 Euro. Das Einzugs- und Auszugsdatum ist noch etwas flexibel und kann angepasst werden. Ich würde einen kurzen Untermietvertrag mit dir unterzeichnen, so sind beide Parteien auf der sicheren Seite. Die Untervermietung ist mit der Vermieterin abgestimmt. Bei Anfragen schick mir bitte auch deine Handynummer.

Dear WG seekers,
My room in my shared apartment will be available for about two months over the summer. I am therefore looking for a reliable person to look after my room and the apartment during this time. The room is about 19 square meters in size, has a comfortable sofa bed and a closet (I will move some of the furniture in the picture beforehand). The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for cooking including a refrigerator, oven and microwave. Attached to the kitchen-living room there is a large balcony where you can enjoy the evening sun. The apartment is located in Freiburg Herdern/Güterbahnhof. From there it is only a few minutes by bike to the nearest train, supermarkets and 10 minutes to the city center. You share the apartment with another subtenant who is in the apartment for the same period of time. Please note that there is no Wifi available in the apartment.
The 450 Euro are per month, so 900 in total. The move-in and move-out dates are still somewhat flexible and can be adjusted. I would sign a short sublease agreement with you so that both parties are on the safe side. The subletting has been agreed with the landlord. Please leave your cell phone number when you contact me.
