Hallo WG-Gesucht!
Weil ich wegen eines Praktikums eine Weile nicht in Freiburg sein werde, will ich mein Zimmer zur Zwischenmiete einer netten Person überlassen, die gut auf meine Pflanzen und meine Mitbewohner*innen aufpasst.
Das Zimmer gehört zu einer großen 14er-WG im Händelwohnheim. Das klingt erstmal viel und etwas einschüchternd, aber ich finde, dass die Größe auch viele Vorteile hat. Mehr dazu unter "WG-Leben". :))
Der Raum hat eine gute Größe und ein Waschbecken - was ein Vorteil ist, den ich nach 2 Jahren echt nicht mehr missen will. Meine Sachen werden zum Teil auch im Zimmer bleiben. Aber natürlich werde ich dir für die Zeit genug Platz im Schrank freiräumen, damit mein Raum für die Zeit auch zu deinem Raum werden kann.
Falls du zu einem anderen Zeitpunkt einziehen möchtest - besonders meine genaue Rückkehr im Juni ist noch nicht zu 100% fest - lässt es sich darüber auch reden! Die einzige Voraussetzung ist, dass du studierst, weil im Wohnheim nur Studierende wohnen dürfen.

Hello WG-Gesucht!
Because I won't be in Freiburg for a while due to an internship, I want to sublet my room to a nice person who will take good care of my plants and my roommates.
The room is part of a large 14-person shared apartment in the Händel dormitory. That might sound like a lot and a bit intimidating at first, but I believe that the size also has many advantages. More about that under "WG-Leben". :))
The room is a good size and has a sink - which is a benefit that I really don't want to miss after 2 years. Some of my things will also stay in the room. But of course, I will clear enough space in the closet for you during that time so that my space can become your space too.
If you want to move in at a different time - especially my exact return in June is not 100% certain yet - we can discuss it! The only requirement is that you are a student, because only students are allowed to live in the dormitory.
Man lebt mit einer bunten Mischung von Menschen aus aller Welt zusammen und unternimmt auch immer wieder Dinge in kleinen oder größeren Gruppen. Es gibt aber trotzdem nie den Zwang, sich an Gruppenaktivitäten zu beteiligen. Man kann so zurückgezogen leben, wie man möchte. Nur machen das die wenigsten, weil sich echt eine schöne, ungezwungene Gemeinschaft gebildet hat, die sich regelmäßig in der Küche oder im Wohnzimmer zum gemeinsamen Filmeabend trifft. Die WG ist also auch super, um neue Menschen kennenzulernen.

In this flat, we live with a colorful mix of people from all over the world and often do things together in small or larger groups. However, there is never any pressure to participate in group activities. You can live as withdrawn as you want. However, most people don't do that because a really nice, relaxed community has formed over time, which regularly meets in the kitchen or living room for movie nights. So, the shared apartment is also great for meeting new people.
