I'm subletting my room from 12th of March to 13th of April to a student. The price would be 260€ with everything included. It's a cozy room with a balcony in a shared flat in Händelstrasse 20 student accommodation. The flat with well-equipped kitchen, bathroom-toilet, and hallway is shared between 6 people, although, during your stay only 2-3 flatmates will be present. The flatmates are very friendly and helpful and there are free yoga classes, bar nights and other social events in the housing community.
The room has a single bed, a wardrobe, shelves and a small cupboard for storing things, a desk, a sink, and a balcony. I will leave some items in the room like pillows and duvets, a screen for watching movies, flowers, yoga mat (most of the stuff, which you can use) but I will also make sure you have enough space to store your things.
Händel student housing is very close to the tram stop (3 minutes) and cycling distance from the city center (10 minutes).
