I'm subletting my room from 20st of July to 20th of September to a student. It's a cozy room with a balcony in a shared flat in Händelstrasse 20 student accommodation. The flat with well-equipped kitchen, bathroom-toilet, and hallway is shared between 6 people. You may use the garden and other facilities in Händelwohnheim.
The room has a single bed, a wardrobe, shelves and a small cupboard for storing things, a desk, a sink, and a balcony. I will leave some items in the room like pillows and duvets, a screen for watching movies, flowers, yoga mat (most of the stuff, which you can use) but I will also make sure you have enough space to store your things.
Händel student housing is very close to the tram stop (3 minutes) and cycling distance from the city center (10 minutes). The neighborhood is beautiful and it is very close to Rosskopf and other hiking opportunities.
