wir haben ein freies Zimmer zur Zwischenmiete (2 Monaten, 1 Juni - 1 August), jeweils voll möbiliert (ein Kleiderschrank, ein Regal, ein Bett mit Matratze, ein Tisch, ein Stuhl und jedes Zimmer hat ein Waschbecken und einen Spiegel). Wir haben ein großes Sofa mit Fernseher und eine gemütliche Küche.
Die Miete liegt ca. bei 280 €.
Highlight ist der Blick direkt in den Schwarzwald!
WICHTIG: Da es sich um ein Studentenwohnheim handelt, kann das Zimmer nur an Studierende vergeben werden!

Hi,
We are subletting a room for 2 months (1 July - 1 August). The room is fully furnished(including a wardrobe, a shelf, a bed with a mattress a table, a chair and each room has a wash basin and a mirror).
Highlight is the view directly into the Black Forest. There is also a big couch and a TV in a living room as well as a cozy kitchen.
Monthly rent is around 280€.
IMPORTANT: As this is a student residence, the room can only be given to students!

Das Wohnheim ist in direkter Nähe zur Linie 4 (Haltestelle Okenstraße) und zur Linie 2 (Komturplatz)
Kaufland, Lidl und Aldi sind alle nur ein paar Gehminuten entfernt, auf der Habsburger Straße sind Penny, Edeka und diverse andere Läden in 5 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad erreichbar.
Der Schwarzwald ist in ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar, mit vielen Wander- und Joggingwegen.

The dormitory is in direct proximity to line 4 (stop Okenstraße) and line 2 (Komturplatz)
Kaufland, Lidl and Aldi are all just a few minutes' walk away, and on Habsburger street Penny, Edeka and various other shops can be reached by bike in 5 minutes.
The Black Forest can be reached in about 10 minutes on foot, with many hiking and jogging trails.

Wir kochen gerne gemeinsam und versuchen regelmäßig mit der gesamten WG etwas zu machen, auch wenn selten wirklich alle 6 zu Hause sind. Normalerweise kommen auch häufig Freunde vorbei, doch in Coronatimes geht es gerade etwas ruhiger zu. Wenn man möchte hat man bei uns auch seine Ruhe und kann sich ohne Probleme zurückziehen.

We sometimes cook together and try to do something with the whole flat regularly, even if rarely all 6 of us are at home. More often friends come over, so it can happen that it gets crowded sometimes. Although, in Corona times our flat is a bit more calm. Therefore, you can also have your own quietness here as well as peace in your room without any problems.

Wir haben einen großen Garten, den sich das ganze Wohnheim teilt. Hier kann man grillen, Volleyball spielen und es gibt zwei Slacklines. Außerdem gibt es zwei Musikräume und verschiedenen Tutorate, an denen man teilnehmen kann. Im Keller des Neubaus befindet sich eine Bar.
Bitte schick uns eine Mail in der du ein bisschen über dich erzählst. Wir freuen uns auf ein neues Gesicht in unserer WG!

We have a large garden which is shared by the whole dormitory. Here you can barbecue, play volleyball and there are two slacklines. There are also two music rooms and different tutorials you can participate in. There is a bar in the basement of the new building.
Please send us a message in which you tell us a little bit about yourself. We are looking forward to a new face in our WG!
