Das Zimmer ist voll möbliert mit einem Bett und Matratze, Regal, Schrank, Tisch, Stühle, Waschbecken und eine Lampe. Der Preis beträgt 275 EUR fest pro Monat. Es fallen keine zusätzlichen Kosten für Heizung, Wasser, Strom und Internet an. Es gibt eine monatliche WG Kasse von 10 EUR. Das Zimmer ist vom 15. August 2022 bis zum 14. Oktober 2022 verfügbar. Sie können die Wohnung im Rathaus anmelden. Um dieses Zimmer zu mieten, müssen Sie Student sein und von einer Freiburger Universität immatrikuliert oder eingeladen sein.
Standort
Die Händelstraße liegt innerhalb der Stadt und hat eine gute Straßenbahnanbindung in die Innenstadt und zur Universität. Die Straßenbahnhaltestelle Okenstraße ist 3 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt und das Stadtzentrum ist in 10 Minuten mit der Straßenbahn oder dem Fahrrad zu erreichen. Supermärkte - Aldi, Lidl und Kaufland - sind in 4 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.
WG-Leben
Die Mitbewohner sind 6 Studenten in verschiedenen Semestern. Die WG-Atmosphäre ist positiv mit freundlichen Mitbewohnern.

Room
The room is 16 square meters and rectangular in shape. The large window makes it very bright and easy to ventilate. The room is fully furnished with a bed and mattress, shelf, cupboard, table, chairs, washbasin and a lamp. The price is 275 EUR fixed per month. There are no additional costs for heating, water, electricity and internet. There is a monthly WG Kasse of 10 EUR. The room is available from 15 August 2022 till 14 October 2022. You can register the apartment at the Rathaus. You need to be a student and need to be enrolled or invited by universities in Freiburg to rent this room.
Location
Händelstraße is located within the city and has good tram connections to the city center and University. The tram stop Okenstraße is 3 minutes by walk and the city center is within 10 mins by tram or bicycle. There are supermarkets- Aldi, Lidl and Kaufland within 4 mins by walk.
WG life
The roommates are 6 students in different semesters. The WG atmosphere is positive with friendly roommates.
