Hallo,
ich gründe in Hugstetten eine neue WG. Das Haus ist ruhig gelegen und trotzdem ist alles gut erreichbar.
Das Zimmer hat 20m2 und ist sehr geräumig, hell und ruhig. Es hat einen großen Balkon in Richtung Garten. Den Garten darf man mitbenutzen.
Man ist zu Fuß in ca. 7 Minuten an der Haltestelle Hugstetten der Breisgau-S-Bahn. Mit der ist man in 9 Minuten am Hauptbahnhof in Freiburg. Freiburg ist also sehr leicht erreichbar. Die S-Bahn fährt alle halbe Stunde. Die nächste Einkaufsmöglichkeit ist in Buchheim, ca.5 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad.
Ich will eine Wg in der offene und unkomplizierte Leute zusammen wohnen. Gemeinsames Kochen, mal zusammensitzen ist gerne möglich. Genauso ist es verständlich wenn man mal seine Ruhe will. Eine gute Mischung von beidem ist bestimmt gut.
Eine Küche ist inbegriffen.
