Das freie Zimmer ist 1 von 6 in unserer frisch sanierten Altbauwohnung. Die Räume sind hell und ruhig, mit typisch hohen Altbaudecken und Parkettboden. Anschlüsse für Telefon, Internet (wir haben auch WLAN) und TV sind vorhanden.
Das 6. Zimmer nutzen wir gemeinsam als Ess- und Wohnzimmer. Die Küche mit Balkon und das Bad sind ebenso modern saniert und mit Spülmaschine/ Waschmaschine und Trockner ausgestattet worden.
Das zu vermietende Zimmer ist möbiliert mit allem was man braucht und hat ein schönes großes Fenster.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in Bestlage zur Freiburger Altstadt.
Zu Fuß zur KaJo sind es 5 min, zur Uni (KG I-IV), Mensa und Unibib 3 min, zur nächsten Bahnhaltestelle 2 min, zum Bahnhof 3 min, zum nächsten Supermarkt und Bäcker 1 min...
Außerdem lädt die Café- und Barszene des Sedanviertels mit Passage, Cohibar, o'Kellys, Sedancafé und vielen anderen Locations auf einen Absacker ein.
In unserer WG leben derzeit Adrien (Franzose, Berufstätig am ICLEI, Informatiker), Remo (Amerikaner, Berufstätig bei Stryker, Medical Engineering), Cristina (Italienerin, auch Berufstätig bei Stryker), Franzi (Europalehramt) und ich. Alle sind sehr freundlich und offen!
