Ich vermiete mein gemütliches Zimmer vom 01.08-15.09, das Ein-und Auszugsdatum wäre allerdings flexibel und es wäre kein Problem, wenn es sich um ein, zwei Tage verschiebt. Da können wir uns gern absprechen!
Die Wohnung ist im Erdgeschoss.
Das Zimmer ist ungefähr 15m² groß, im Zimmer steht ein Schrank, ein Bett, ein Schreibtisch und ein Sessel. Dazu hat jeder noch seinen eigenen Balkon! Die Küche und das Bad sind neu. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet und hat eine Spülmaschine. Im Keller gibt es einen Waschraum, hier kann jeder seine Wäsche mit Waschmarken waschen.
Die Möbel lasse ich natürlich im Zimmer stehen und würde meinen Schrank für dich ausräumen. Ich würde für den Monat eine Kaution nehmen.
Die Uni für die Naturwissenschaften ist direkt nebenan, die Stadt ist zu Fuß 10 Minuten max. entfernt, mit dem Rad ist man in unter 5 Minuten im Zentrum.
Es ist eine 2-er WG, mit dir zusammen wohnt Eleonore (20). Sie studiert Grundschullehramt an der PH. Die Küche ist groß genug für gemütliche Kochabende und Abendessen!
