1 bright and cozy 14m² room will be available in a 3 bedroom shared apartment, starting from 31 October. The room has a full size double bed, cupboard, bedside tables, a chair and a small table. It is south facing and thus lets in plenty of sunlight.
Lot of public transport is extremely easily accessible from here. Tram number 5 is available from Fahnenbergplatz tram station, which is directly opposite the apartment. Stadttheater tram station is 4 minutes walking distance. Freiburg Hauptbahnhof is 6 minutes walking distance.
There are many shopping options nearby too. Rewe and Al Natura are directly opposite the apartment. Edeka and DM are 4 minutes walking distance. Many clothing stores, restaurants and other services are also available within walking distance.
I am 29 years old and have been living in this wonderful shared apartment since almost 1 year. I am returning to India soon and thus my room will become available from October 31. 1 housemate is German, 31 years old, and he usually works from home. He has been living here since 1 whole year. Another housemate is Irish, 22 years old, and he is a student. He moved in only 1 month ago. They are both jovial, easygoing and fun loving. We sometimes cook together, plan outings together but are also more than welcome to do things separately, as per our own convenience.
The shared apartment has 1 washing machine, 1 dishwasher and 2 clothes drying stands. There is enough space to park your cycle in the building. There is a common kitchen with an oven and a microwave available too. There are 2 common toilets, both with showers.
