Extrem helle& freundliche Wohnung!
Zimmer aktuell als Büro genutzt.
Einziger ‚Nachteil‘ - gibt nur Jalousien zum Abdunkeln& keine Rolläden
Direkt am Martinstor in der Freiburger Altstadt- dennoch relativ ruhig gelegen.
Parkplätze gibt es hier nicht, ansonsten ist alles geboten an Einkaufsmöglichkeiten& ÖPNV- Anbindung.
Bin aktuell alleine mit Hund. Habe > 1Jahr in einer WG nur mit Männern gelebt& war Katastrophe (aufgrund mangelnder Sauberkeit& Kommunikation).
Also bitte nur ordentliche Männer bewerben- Frauen werden aber präferiert!
Wird meistens frisch gekocht & mindestens wöchentlich geputzt. Party mit Freunden & Bekannten findet immer mal wieder statt, aber jetzt nicht jede Woche.
Ansonsten keine Ahnung was man so reinschreibt, bewerbt euch einfach & hoffentlich stimmt der Vibe
Die Wohnung ist natürlich nicht mehr so leer wie auf den Bildern& jeder Raum ist aktuell möbliert. Aber keine Lust meine Privatsphäre zu offenbaren, also kommt vorbei & schaut es euch selbst an.
