In unserer internationalen Nichtraucher-WG wird zum 1. Juni mein helles und vollmöbliertes Zimmer im DG (2.Stock) frei. Bett, Schreibtisch, Stuhl, Kleiderschrank, Kommode und Beistelltischchen kannst Du ohne Ablöse übernehmen.
Die Wohnung hat drei Zimmer sowie ein Bad mit Badewanne, eine Diele und eine Küche. Außerdem werden ein Fahrradabstellraum und ein Keller mit Waschmaschine mitvermietet.
Die WG ist in PH-Nähe, man ist auch schnell im Stadtzentrum mit Bus, Straßenbahn oder dem Rad.
Die Wohnung liegt in ruhiger Umgebung im Grünen in Freiburg-Kappel, 300 m vom Wald entfernt.
Die Busanbindung ist gut, zur Bushaltestelle der Linie 17 sind es ca. 5 Minuten zu Fuß.
Wir sind unkompliziert, das WG-Leben richtet sich natürlich auch nach Deinen Bedürfnissen.
Der Umgang untereinander ist freundlich :). Deine neuen Mitbewohner wären Daria aus Russland, Geologiestudentin im Master und Hyejoung eine Orgelstudentin aus Südkorea.
Gerne kannst du das Zimmer nur im Juni und Juli anmieten :)
