Hallo liebe Leute,
Das Zimmer ist ab November frei. Es ist schön hell, dank der zwei Fenster. Die Möbel sind in Top-Zustand. Das Bad teilst du dir mit einer deiner zwei Mitbewohnerinnen.
Das Haus liegt in FR Kappel. Nicht super zentral, aber perfekt für Naturliebhaber und PH-Studentinnen. :)
Es fährt halbstündlich ein Bus nach Littenweiler und so ist man in 30 Minuten in der Innenstadt.
Zur PH braucht man sogar nur 10 Minuten, egal ob mit Öffis oder Fahrrad.
Deine Mitbewohnerinnen, Anna und Annika, studieren beide an der PH und sind super nett und hilfsbereit.
Abends trifft man sich in der Küche und ab und zu wird gemeinsam gekocht.
Alles ganz locker. :)
Du würdest meinen Untermietvertrag übernehmen, die Hauptmieterin das Zimmers (Charlotte) studiert momentan in Frankreich und kommt im Juli zurück.
