Die Umgebung ist super ruhig und man bekommt vom Stadtlärm nichts mit und bei offenen Fenstern kann man sogar Vogelgezwitscher hören.
Keine 5 Gehminuten von der Wohnung entfernt, befindet sich der Mossweiher, der sich im Sommer für eine kurze Abkühlung am Abend perfekt eignet.
Schräg gegenüber gibt es ein Rewe, sodass man zum Einkaufen sehr kurze Wege hat. Zusätzlich ist ein Mal pro Woche in Landwasser auch einen Markt. Die Wohnung befindet sich in der Nähe der Haltestelle Freiburg Diakoniekrankenhaus.
