The room is furnished and is approx 13m2.
Each room has its own key. The appartement owns 2 bathrooms and there is a nice kitchen with an oven :)
I am leaving in end of july but I still own a contract until end September. So you can have a furnished and nice room during those 2 months. (ONLY AUGUST AND SEPTEMBER)
The appartement is very good located, 10 min walk to the Seepark, 5 min away from the Rewe and shopping center and 20min from the Altstadt walk away. With a bike everything is 10min away :)
I leave a nice WG of 3 people:Louise, Elisa and Emilie. They are students, Louise and Emilie are studying medecin and Elisa primary school teatcher! They are as much as independents as they love to cook and eat together !
If you enjoy Banana bread you’ll be served ! It is one of the specialty of the house ahah
The view from the kitchen/ common room is also very beautiful ! Direct view on the Schwarzwald.

ich untermiete mein WG Zimmer für August und September in dieser super WG. Meine 3 andere Mitbewohnerinnen sind Louise, Emilie und Elisa. Die sind super nett und sprechen auch English wenn du kein deutsch kann. Die sind immer bereit ein Wg-Abend zu machen und Banana Bread zu backen :)
