Hey people,
We have a room available in our shared flat from February onwards. Your room, with a wonderful sunny view of the foothills of the Black Forest, has approx. 12. sqm + 2.5 sqm from a private balcony. You will share a 170 sqm flat with a very spacious living room, including a "winter garden", on the 3rd floor of a block of flats with 3 other flatmates. We have a small, well-equipped kitchen, a large bathroom (incl. bathtub and stand-up shower), and 2 separate toilets. Apart from that, the flat leaves nothing to be desired. We have 2 fridges, a microwave, washing machine and dishwasher, so all the domestic machines your heart desires.

zum 1. Februar wird in unserer WG ein Zimmer frei. Dein Zimmer, mit einem herrlichen sonnigen Ausblick auf die Ausläufer des Schwarzwaldes, hat ca. 12 qm + 2.5 qm von ein privat Balkon. Du teilst mit uns anderen 3 Mitbewohnern*innen eine ca.170 qm Wohnung mit einem sehr großzügigen Wohnzimmer, inkl. „Wintergarten“, im 3. Stock eines Mehrfamilienhauses. Wir haben eine kleine Küche, die top ausgestattet ist, ein großes Bad (inkl. Badewanne und Stehdusche und 2 separaten Toiletten). Ansonsten lässt die Wohnung keine Wünsche offen. Wir haben 2 Kühlschränke, Mikrowelle, Wasch- und Spülmaschine, also alles was das Herz begehrt.
The flat is in a quiet, picturesque location in an apartment building. From the living area, you have a beautiful, bright view of the greenery, where you can also walk quickly. In 5 minutes you are also directly at the Dreisam.
It is a 7-minute walk to the S-Bahn stop, 10 minutes to line 1, and in 5 minutes you can shop at Edeka. The old town can be reached by bike in about 20 minutes.

Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer ruhigen, malerischen Lage in einem Mehrfamilienhaus. Man hat aus dem Wohnbereich eine schöne, helle Aussicht auf das Grüne, wo man auch schnell zu Fuß hin spazieren kann. In 5 Minuten ist man aber auch direkt an der Dreisam.
7 Minuten Fußweg sind es zur S-Bahnhaltestelle, 10 Min. zur Linie 1 und in 3 Minuten kann man im Edeka Netto einkaufen. Die Altstadt ist mit dem Fahrrad in ca. 15 Minuten zu erreichen.
We are between 30 and 33 (1m, 1w) years old working people. Since some of us work full time, we are not a party flat-sharing community, but our living room is perfect for nice games and TV or cooking evenings.

Cheryl likes to ride her bike (Frankenstein), cook with friends or spend time in nature. She works remotely on topics related to agriculture and the environment. She speaks English and Spanish and is currently learning German. When she is not experimenting with a new dish or trying to remember a sentence in another language, she loves music and listening to podcasts.
Nico works for a Solar Company building PV parks, likes all kinds of outdoor sports, mtb, BeachVolleyball, climbing and especially into watersports in summer, Wave-Kiting is his happy place! likes to hang out in the living room, cooking together.
Simon likes to prepare African food, like jellof rice and other African foods. Simon enjoys meeting new people, trying or learning new things, listening to music, and traveling 🧳. He is a geologist, and is adaptable to new to new environment.

Wir sind zwischen 30 und 33 (1m, 1w) Jahre berufstätig Leute. Da einige von uns Vollzeit arbeiten, sind wir keine Party-WG, allerdings bietet sich unser Wohnzimmer für nette Spiele- und Fernseh- oder auch für Kochabende geradezu an.
Da Du dich sicher auch interessierst mit welchen Leuten Du zusammenlebst, hier ein paar Infos über uns:
Cheryl fährt gerne mit ihrem Fahrrad (Frankenstein), kocht mit Freunden oder verbringt Zeit in der Natur. Sie arbeitet aus Homme Office an Themen im Zusammenhang mit der Landwirtschaft und der Umwelt.. Sie spricht Englisch und Spanisch und lernt gerade Deutsch. Wenn sie nicht gerade mit einem neuen Gericht experimentiert oder versucht, sich einen Satz in einer anderen Sprache zu merken, liebt sie Musik und hört Podcasts.
Nico Nico arbeitet bei einer Solarfirma und baut PV-Anlagen, mag alle Arten von Outdoor-Sport, MTB, BeachVolleyball, Klettern und im Sommer besonders gerne Wassersport, Wave-Kiting ist sein Happy Place! hängt gerne im Wohnzimmer ab und kocht gerne zusammen.
Simon, kocht gerne afrikanisches Essen zu, z.B. Jeloff Reis und andere afrikanische Gerichte. Der trifft gerne neue Leute, probiert oder lerne neue Dinge, hört Musik, und gerne reist 🧳. Simon hat Geologie studiert, und passt leicht an neue Umgebungen.

This could be a great chance to start your castle in Littenweiler!

Dies könnte eine gute Gelegenheit sein, deiner Schloss in Littenweiler zu eröffnen!
