It's a 4 bedroom apartment with a kitchen and a bathroom. The kitchen is fully furnished with dishwasher, induction stove and Oven. There is also balcony from the kitchen. The bedrooms are unfurnished . We are subletting two rooms with an average size of 14 meter square. Both room have nice natural lighting. The room rent is around 500€ (warm rent).
The apartment is at the heart of the Freiburg city near the famous Colombi Park. You can reach the nearest tram station in 2 minutes by walk and reach stadttheater in 5 minutes by walk. Everything is available right near the area so it is very convent.
You will live with Paul(me) and another person Dk. I am doing my masters at Uni Freiburg and Dk works at Fraunhofer EMI near the apartment. Our only requirement is clean and nice people, so that everyone feels comfortable. Cleanliness is very important to us. We are okay with people from any nationality. The flat is ready to move in from 10.10.2022. Right now 2 bedrooms are open for sublet.
