Hallo Leute,
ich vermiete mein Zimmer, da ich für einige Monate für ein Forschungsprojekt in eine andere Stadt gehe.
Ich schätze mal, dass ich Ende Mai oder Juni wiederkomme. Die WG ist ca. 90m² groß, hat einen Balkon und einen Garten.
Das Zimmer ist ca. 13m² groß und hat ein großes Fenster zu einer wenig befahrenen Straße hinaus. Ansonsten ist es sehr geräumig und hat einen großen Steh-Tisch eingebaut. Ansonten steht ein Tisch, eine Heizung, ein Schrank, ein Regal, ein Bett und ein Fernseher im Zimmer.
Je nachdem ob gewünscht können Möbel im Zimmer bleiben, oder auch im Keller verstaut werden :)
Dort stehen übrigens auch zwei Waschmaschinen.
Die WG ist im Erdgeschoss eines drei stöckigen Gebäudes. In den anderen Stockwerken sind auch WGs zu denen wir alle eine freundschaftliches Verhältnis haben.
Das Haus an sich ist ca. 150m Luftlinie vom Seepark entfernt, was uns öfters als Ausflugsziel für abendliche Flaniergänge dient. Zudem steht es in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße, die halb Wohngegend, halb Industriegebiet ist. Wirklich laut wird es aber eher selten.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ala Lidl, Rewe oder DM sind ca. 15min zu Fuß und 5min mit dem Rad entfernt. Diverse Imbisse im Mooswald sind in ca. 10min zu Fuß erreichbar und werden auch des Öfteren von uns aufgesucht :P
Wir sind eine aufgeweckte WG, die gerne zusammen kochen und danach auch mal gerne ein bis mehrere Bierchen oder einen Wein verköstigen. Wir gehen eigentlich allen den unterschiedlichsten Interessen nach: von Reiten über Radeln, Klettern, Zocken , Kochen, etc. ist eigentlich alles dabei. Tagsüber ist es in der WG eher ruhig, da wir alle online irgendwelchen Verpflichtungen nachgehen müssen, dafür blüht die Bude Abends meist ordentlich auf. Essgewohnheitsmäßig sind wir eher AllesfresserInnen, aber meist steht doch Gemüse auf dem Speiseplan.

I rent out my flat for some month, because I am going to another city for a research project .
I guess I will come back for the end of mai or june. The flat is 90m² big, has a balcony and a garden.
The room has about 13m² and has a big window to the quiet street. The room is quiet comfy and big bar-table is build in. There is also a desk, a heating unit, a closet, a shelf. a bed and a TV in the room.
Wheather you like, the stuff can stay in the room, or will get stored in the basement :)
There are by the way to washing machines available.
The flat is in the ground floor of the three floor building. In the other floors are also WGs, which we are befriended with.
The house is about 150m linear distance to the Seepark, which we often use for an evening stroll. It's also in a quiet side-street which is half industrial and half neighbourhood. It only gets loud pretty rare.
Shops like Lidl, Aldi or DM are about 15min by foot or 5min by bike. Diverse snack barks in Mooswald are in 10min by foot available, which we visit often :P
We are a sprightly WG, which likes to cook together and afterwards likes to drink one or more beers or wine. We all have a plenty of different hobbies. Horseriding, biking, climbing, gaming, cooking, etc. During the day it's mostly quiet, because we all have to do stoff online, but the flat flourishes hard in the evening.
We are eating everything, but mostly we cook vegetarian.
