Da ich für mein Theoriesemester ein halbes Jahr im Ausland studiere, wird mein wunderschönes WG-Zimmer in dieser Zeit frei. Falls du gerne mit anderen Student:innen in Kontakt kommen und nicht so viel Geld ausgeben möchtest, dann ist die Wohnung im Studentenwohnheim für dich perfekt.
Am besten würde mir passen, wenn du Anfang August bis Mitte März einziehen würdest. Es kann sich aber auch um ein paar Tage verschieben, wenn dir das besser passt.
Mein Zimmer hat einen wundeschönen Ausblick auf die Berge.
Da das Zimmer möbliert ist, wirst du ein 90cm auf 2m Bett haben, einen Kleiderschrank mit Spiegel innendrin, einen großen Schreibtisch und genügend Stauraum. Zusätzlich bleibt eine ausziehbare Schlafcouch, einen Mülleimer, Vorhänge und einen schon installierten, sehr guten WLAN-Router an.
Als Plus kann man auf jeden Fall die super Fensterbank sehen, auf der ich eigentlich meine ganze Zeit verbringe.
Wir haben 2 Bäder und teilen diese nach Geschlechter auf.
Unsere Küche ist großräumig und jeder hat genügend Platz zum verstauen. Außerdem gibt es Geschirr und Kochutensilien für alle, du kannst aber gerne deine eigenen Sachen mitbringen.
Neben unserer Küche ist ein großer Tisch, an dem wir gerne gemeinsam essen.
Direkt am Eingang gibt es eine große Garderobe.
Der Waschraum ist extra und kostet 2 Euro pro Durchgang.
Draußen sind große Mülltonnen, Fahrradgaragen und Glasbehälter.

Due to my theorysemester i have to leave this wonderful apartment for have a year, but luckily now you have the chance to stay there.
You can stay here from August until March. Just let me know which are the best dates for you, so we can manage it together :)
My room has a beautiful view to the mountains.
The room is furnished so you don't have to worry about desk, bed, wardrobe and storage space. Also I will leave a garbage can, a pull-out sleeping sofa (sorry, i don't know the exact name for it :D), a WLAN-router, which is already installed and curtains.
As a huge plus there is this wonderful windowsill you can lay on and sunbath yourself.
Furthermore we have two bathrooms, one for the girls, one for the boys.
Our kitchen is pretty big and has a lot of space for your individual stuff. As well there are a lot of things to be used for everybody. But you can also bring your own stuff.
Right next to our kitchen there is a big table where we like to eat together.
Next to the entrance there is a wardrobe for jackets and shoes.
The washing machine is downstairs and costs 2 euros per washing.
Outside we have a place with a bicycle garage, big garbage cans and something to dispose glas.
Das Wohnheim ist nahe der Messe und dem Fußballstadion.
Die Verkehrsanbindung hier ist super. In etwa 3 Minuten ist man an der Zughaltestelle, welcher Richtung Breisach oder Richtung Bahnhof fährt. Zur Straßennbahnhaltestelle braucht man etwa 6 Minuten.
Wir haben ganz in der Nähe einen Lidl, man kann aber auch eine Straße weiterfahren und ist dann an den Westakaden.
Natürlich kannst du auch alles mit dem Fahrrad erreichen, die man dort auch mieten kann per frelo. In der Stadt ist man etwa in 15 bis 20 Minuten, am Seepark in etwa 5 Minuten.
Direkt vor Ort haben wir viele Grünflächen, sehr viele Parkplätze, für die man einen Schein beantragen muss, einen Basketballplatz und eine Bar, die manchmal geöffnet ist.

We're living close to the fair and the football Stadion.
You need only 3 minutes to the trainstation in two directions: Breisach or the mainstation.
The tramstation is like 6 minutes away.
There is a Lidl super near or the Westakarden with other shops a little farer.
Everything is able to do with your bicycle. There are also bicycles to rent (it calls Frelo). By bike you need 15-20 minutes to the city and 5 minutes to the lake.
Directly in front of our house is a place to play basketball, a lot of green places, parkingspaces, which you have to apply for and a little bar.
Gerade wohnen hier 2 Jungs und 2 Mädels, einer davon ist spanisch sprachig und wir anderen können auch alle englisch.
Uns ist es wichtig, dass man immer mal wieder miteinander redet oder auch mal was unternimmt, aber respektieren auch den Freiraum der anderen.
Wir sind durchschnittlich ordentlich würde ich sagen, haben einen Putzplan und sprechen Probleme offen an.

We are two boys and two girls, one of them is international, but all of us can speak English.
Sometimes we do some things together, we talk a lot in the kitchen but we also respect the privacy.
There is a cleaning plan and we talk openly about issues.
Die Wohnheime sind noch nicht sehr alt, weshalb alles noch in einem guten Zustand ist. Besonders bemerkenswert ist unser heißes Wasser, das ist super schnell da und macht wirklich warm.
Die Hausmeister hier haben ziemlich viel, was man nicht weiß, also bevor du was kaufst, immer erst mit ihnen reden, ob sie vielleicht was haben.

These houses are not that old so everything works quite good and i have to say, our hot water is amazing.
The caretakers here have a lot of things, so if you have some questions or something you miss, just talk to them or to your roomates.
