Ab 15. August bis mindestens 30. September (maximal 30.November)
Das ca. 22qm große (ist eine Schätzung) und sehr helle Zimmer befindet sich in einer 2,5 Zimmer-Wohnung. Es ist wunderschön und großzügig geschnitten (inklusive 2 Abstellkammern eine innen, eine auf dem Balkon), hat eine Fensterfront mit Blick und Zugang auf den eigenen Balkon. Die Fenster wurden erst vor kurzem erneuert, was sowohl lärm- als auch temperaturtechnisch ein Upgrade bedeutet - wobei... wenn ich ehrlich bin, lässt es sich im Sommer auch wunderbar bei offenem Fenster schlafen. Abgesehen von der Morgensonne weckt einen im ruhigen Hinterhof nämlich nichts ;)
Der Rest der Wohnung umfasst 2 (!) weitere Balkone, einen großen Eingangsbereich, der als Wohnzimmer dient (inklusive Essecke, Kommoden, Regal) und kleines Bad (Waschmaschine und Badewanne haben dennoch Platz gefunden) und netter Küche mit Balkonzugang. Somit hat du deinen eigenen Ost-Balkon und Richtung Westen einen geteilten Küchen-Balkon.
Was Verstaumöglichkeiten angeht hat die Wohnung die eine oder andere Überraschung zu bieten - so gibt es insgesamt 4 Staukammern.

(From August 15 until at least September 30 (or max. November 30)
The approx. 22sqm and very bright room is located in a 2.5 room apartment. It is beautiful and generously shaped (including 2 storage rooms - one inside, one on the balcony), has a window front with a view to courtyard and access to its own balcony. The windows were recently replaced, which is an upgrade, both noise-wise and temperature-wise - though.... if I'm honest, it's also wonderful to sleep with the window open in the summer. Apart from the morning sun, nothing wakes you up in the quiet backyard ;)
The rest of the apartment includes 2 (!) more balconies, a large entrance area that serves as a living room (including dining area, dressers, shelves) and small bathroom (washing machine and bathtub have nevertheless found space) and a nice kitchen with balcony access. So you will have your own east balcony and towards the west a divided kitchen balcony.
As far as storage options are concerned, the apartment has one or two surprises to offer - there are a total of 4 storage chambers

Die Oberau ist meine persönliche absolute Lieblingslage! Dreisam mit bester Chillwiesenqualitität ist nur 3 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt, der Schlossbergwald 4 Minuten, zur Straßenbahnhaltestelle (Linie 1) kann man in einer Minute schlendern und das ZO (Rewe, Aldi, Alnatura...) ist ebenfalls einen Katzensprung entfernt! Mit dem Fahrrad ist man ruckizucki überall (Innenstadt keine 5 Minuten, Hauptbahnhof: ca. 8 Minuten...).
Außerdem ist das Haus sehr nah an der B31 (schnelle Anbindung an Schwarzwald/Autobahn) aber ist dennoch weit genug entfernt um dem nervigen Lärm zu entgehen...
The Oberau is my personal absolute favorite location! The Dream is only 3 minutes walk away, the Schlossbergwald 4 minutes, to the metro station (line 1) you can stroll within in a minute and the ZO (Rewe, Aldi, Alnatura...) is also a stone's throw away! Cyclewise you will reach anything within less than 15 minutes. (downtown no 5 minutes, main station: about 8 minutes...).
In addition, the house is very close to the B31 (fast connection to Black Forest / freeway) but is still far enough away to escape the annoying noise...

Deine zukünftige potenzielle Mitbewohnerin heißt Kira, ist 27 Jahre alt, ist fleißige Studentin, hat einen Nebenjob, ist super sportlich und unternehmungslustig :) Sie ist sehr rücksichtsvoll und angenehm im Zusammenwohnen.
Sie freut sich nach ihrer Prüfungsphase auf nette Gesellschaft, weiß jedoch die Ruhe im Haus positiv zu schätzen.
Kira ist eine sehr entspannte, zuverlässige und vor allem lustige Person, die großen Wert auf (nicht pedantische) Sauberkeit legt. Ich kann Kira als Mitbewohnerin wärmstens weiterempfehlen :)
Kira spricht fließend Deutsch (Muttersprache) und Englisch, vom Spanischen kann man das leider nicht behaupten. :( Allerdings würde sie nicht nein zu einem spanischen Mitbewohnerinnen-Tandem sagen!
Your future potential roommate is called Kira, she is 27 years old, is a hardworking student, has a part-time job, is super sporty and adventurous :) She is very considerate and pleasant to live with.
She is looking forward to nice company after her exam period, but positively appreciates the quietness in the house.
Kira is a very relaxed, reliable and above all fun person who attaches great importance to (not pedantic) cleanliness. I can highly recommend Kira as a roommate :)
Kira is fluent in German (mother tongue) and English, unfortunately the same cannot be said for Spanish. :( However, she wouldn't say no to a Spanish roommate tandem!

Was ihr noch wissen solltet:
Ich (Britta) werde zum 15.08.2021 schweren Herzens ausziehen. Ich habe hier über 3,5 Jahre gewohnt und ziehe nur aus, da wir eine Eigenbedarfskündigung erhalten werden - ...und ich jetzt schon eine andere tolle Wohnmöglichkeit gefunden habe.
Die Wohnungseigentümerin ist total nett und um einen unkomplizierten Ablauf bemüht.
Das Zimmer wird teilmöbliert sein - (détails könne wir gerne noch besprechen). Damit Kira und Du (?) weiterhin hier bequem wohnen könnt, werde ich einen Großteil der Küchenutensilien und Möbel des geteilten Wohnraums erst Ende November umziehen.
Der Preis beinhaltet noch keine GEZ.

What else you should know:
I (Britta) will move out on 15.08.2021 with a heavy heart. I have lived here over 3.5 years and move out only because we will receive to 30.11.2021 a termination notice by our landlord - ...and I have now already found another great housing opportunity.
The landlord who wants to move in in December is a nice person and concerned about an uncomplicated process.
Kira currently plans to stay in the apartment until 30.11.2021.
I can offer you my room optionally partly furnished (including a mattress) - or empty everything. In order for Kira and you (?) to continue to live here comfortably, I will move most of the kitchen utensils and furniture of the shared living space only at the end of November.
The price doesn't include the broadcast licnse fee .
