Hello,
I will let my room free at the end of March/beginning of April. It is a cozy, well lit room, in a sweet house of Sankt Georgen. Unfurnished, with wooden floor, the window gives on the street (a quiet dead end street: no traffic :) and on the Sunsets!.
Even if the room is "small", it gave me all the space I need and the house has more room in the kitchen, cellar/chill out room, garden, bike cellar+storage, alleyway, etc...
We are located in the middle of Sankt Georgen, with quick access to bus lines 14&11. It takes me 15 minutes by bike to the city center. It is a quiet area, so no worries to have about traffic. The house has a garden and a locked bike storage in the back, with plenty of space in the cellar, too.
We are into outdoors and have a healthy and simple lifestyle I'd say. We love to cook, and instead of big parties we prefer to organize nice dinners together. When the weather's good we enjoy it to do sports, hike, grill, and when it's not we can enjoy the cozyness of the house!
The rent officially runs until the 31st of July, but may be extended further, this has to be negociated with the house's owner.
