da meine Freundin und ich auf eine Reise gehen suchen wir einen Zwischenmieter für den Zeitraum vom:
8.11.2018- 31.03.2019
Die Wohnung ist 58m² groß und liegt im 4. OG (mit Aufzug). Die Zimmer sind vollmöbiliert. Im ersten Zimmer steht eine Kommode, Schrank und ein großes Bett (bei Bedarf kann eine Matratze gestellt werden). Im zweiten Zimmer befindet sich ein gemütliches Sofa, Schreibtisch, Fernseher und Schränke. Beide Zimmer haben Zugang zum Balkon. In der Küche ist eine Spülmaschine vorhanden, Backofen und großer Kühlschrank mit Gefirerschrank. Bad hat eine Badewanne, Waschmaschine und ein Fenster.
Die Bushaltestelle ist eine Minute von der Haustür entfernt. Parkmöglichkeiten sind direkt vor der Tür- ohne Parkausweis und ohne Kosten. Edeka ist gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Mehrere Bäcker, Metzger, Post, Aldi, DM sind gut mit dem Fahrrad zu erreichen.
Wir suchen:
Ein Pärchen oder eine Person die die gesamte Wohnung nutzen möchte.
Mietpreis:
Die Gesamtmiete beträgt 490€ dort ist wirklich alles enthalten (Auch Strom/Internet/Müll usw.).
Kaution:
Eine Kaution von 1200€ ist fällig, da die Einrichtung noch sehr neu ist. Auch möglich ist eine Bürgschaft.
Lage
Edeka/Aldi zu Fuß in 5/10 Min.
Mediamarkt, Fitness 5/10 Min.
Innenstadt mit Bus und Bahn 20Min / mit dem Rad 10 Min.
Allgemeinärzte im Stadtteil sowie eine Apotheke 10 Min.
