I am subletting my cosy room from the 27th of July to the 15th of October (you can also move in a few days earlier and leave a few days later, I am relatively flexible).
The room is fully furnished with a bed, desk and sink. There is also plenty of storage room (shelves, drawers, a big closet). I will of course take all my stuff away so you have plenty of space and can make it feel like home. If you want, I can leave you sheets and towels
The room is located in the Falkenberger dormitory which is situated directly next to the seepark (a beautiful lake where you can swim/do sports/walk/chill).
By bike you can reach the city in 10-15minutes. You can also take the tram which is 6 minutes away by foot.
You also have a Lidl 6minutes away by foot, and a bakery 30seconds away.
You can also reach ice-cream shops and pizza places in under 2 minutes by foot 😋
It is quite a big flatshare. You will share the bathroom and kitchen with the other tenants. However everyone respects everyone's privacy and you can also eat in the bedroom if you prefer. Otherwise you can eat in the common room, where people also play games, watch movies, and chill together.
The dorm also has a volleyball field, a music room, a fitness room, and a bar. So you can have all the fun you want!
The dorm also has a washing room, private car parking places (for free!) and places to put your bikes. Of course, there is also excellent internet.
In order to live in the dormitory, you must be a student enrolled at a university affiliated with the SWFR. You must also NOT have lived in one of the SWFR dorms for 6 semesters.
