Das etwa 18qm große Zimmer verfügt über alles, was man für ein WG-Zimmer so braucht!
Kleiderschrank (würde euch ein großes Fach frei räumen), Regale, Schreibtisch, Bett (kann euch Bettzeug und Handtücher gerne hinlegen).
Das Fenster geht zur Sedanstraße hinaus, Fernseher, Musikanlage & alles weitere kann gerne mit gutem Gewissen und Bedacht genutzt werden.
Die Wohnung liegt direkt im Sedanviertel, ca. 2min Fußweg vom Hauptbahnhof entfernt, ca.5-7 min mit dem Rad zur Klinik und zu Fuß sind es 1-2 min zur Uni-BiB oder in die Innenstadt. Ein paar nette Cafés und auch Restaurants sind direkt um die Ecke, genau wie Einkaufs- und Kulturmöglichkeiten auch.
Wir sind zu dritt in der WG und hegen ein sehr freundschaftliches Leben miteinander, welches gerne in der Zeit auch so weitergelebt werden darf. Trotzdem hat natürlich jeder seine Freiheiten und seinen Platz. Da zwei von drei Mitbewohnern im Sommer etwas unterwegs sind, versuchen wir es für unseren Consti so kumpelig wie möglich zu gestalten!
