Ich suche eine Nachmieterin für mein Zimmer ab dem 31.07.21. Das Zimmer ist das größte Zimmer der Wohnung, komplett mit allen Möbeln. Inbegriffen ist ein kleines Bett, ein großes Sofa, ein Sessel, ein Schreibtisch, zwei Stühle, Regale, mehrere Schubladen und zwei Spiegel. Aber das Zimmer hat keine Aussicht, weil es im Keller ist, aber die Fenster sind groß, so dass Sie immer noch die frische Luft genießen können. In der Wohnung gibt es eine Küche, Badezimmer, und Waschküche, leider kein Wohnzimmer.
Wir begrüßen alle Sprachen, aber einige Englischkenntnisse sind hilfreich!

My room will be free from the end of July on. The room is the largest in the apartment, and comes complete with all furnishings. Furniture includes a small bed, big sofa, armchair, desk, two chairs, shelves, several drawers and two mirrors. However the room has no view because it's in the basement, but the windows are big so you can still enjoy the fresh air. Facilities include a shared kitchen, separated shower and toilet, and laundry room, but unfortunately no living room.
We welcome all languages, but knowing some English can be helpful!
Die nächste Bushaltenstelle ist nur 5 Minuten entfernt und die nächste Straßenbahnhaltenstelle (Tennenbacherstr.) ist 15 Minuten entfernt. Du erreichst das Stadtzentrum in etwa 7 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad, 10 Minuten mit dem Bus, 20 mit der Straßenbahn oder 25 zu fuß.
Die Nachbarschaft is wunderschön und da sich die WG neben dem Berg befindet, bleibt sie recht frisch und natürlich. Es ist sehr practisch zum Wandern, Joggen oder einfach nur zum Genießen der Natur. Die WG befindet sich in der Nähe der Fakultät für Biologie und der Fakultät für Umwelt und Natürliche Ressourcen (15 bis 20 minuten zu Fuß).

The closest bus stop is only 5 minutes away and the closet tram stop (Tennenbacherstr.) is 15 minutes away. You can reach the city center in about 7 minutes biking, 10 minutes by bus, 20 by tram or just a 25 minute walk. We are closest to the Uni Freiburg faculties of Biology and Environmental and Natural Resources.
The neighborhood is beautiful and located next to a small mountain, so it stays fresh and natural. It's very convenient for hiking, jogging, or even just enjoying nature.
Deine Mitbewohnerinnen werden Sarah, Shakna, und Anna sein, alle super lieb sind.
Sarah studiert Deutsch und Französisch auf Lehramt . Shakna lernt Deutsch und studiert Medizin, und Anna studiert Renewable Energy Engineering (REM).
Das Leben in der Wohnung ist ruhig und entspannt, aber das bedeutet nicht, dass du nicht zusammen rumhängen können. Wir haben einen Reinigungsplan, den du einhalten muss und das Rauchen ist nicht erlaubt.

Your roommates will be Sarah, Shakna and Anna, they are all very nice. Sarah is a German and French Language education major. Shakna is currently studying German and Medicine, while Anna studies renewable energy engineering (REM).
Life in the flat is quiet and relaxed, but that does not mean that you cannot hang out together.
We have a cleaning schedule, that you must comply with and smoking is not allowed.
