Ich gründe eine neue WG in einer 3-Zimmer Altbauwohnung im 4. Stock. Die Wohnung ist unmöbliert und das Zimmer ist ungefähr 15m2 mit Parkettboden. Das Bad hat eine Badewanne, die Küche ist groß und hat Platz für einen Esstisch zum zusammensitzen. Die Wohnung hat auch ein drittes Zimmer, das als Büro oder Wohnzimmer genutzt werden kann.
Die Lage ist ideal für Freiburg, in einer sehr schönen Straße und direkt am Rotlaubpark. zur Uni braucht man keine 10 min.
Ich bin Ysé (she/her), 22 und Medizinstudentin im 8. Semester. Ich bin gerne draußen und mach gern viel Sport und unternehme was mit Freunden. Ich suche eine/einen Mitbewohner*in, mit dem/der ich entspannt zusammenleben kann, oder mal was unternehmen kann. Sonst ist mir ist Ordnung sehr wichtig in der Wohnung. Ihr müsst bachten, dass es hier eine Neugründung ist und noch nicht alles dann vorhanden sein wird, deswegen freu ich mich auch wenn sich die Person beteiligt etwas schönes aufzubauen. Die Bilder sind noch von dem Vorherigen Mieter, es ist nicht mein Chaos. Die Wohnung hat aber viel Potential was ist gern ausbauen möchte.
