Das Zimmer ist 14m2 groß und liegt im 3.OG (kein Aufzug vorhanden) im Dachgeschoss, daher hat es eine Schräge an der Fensterseite. Die Wohnung hat insgesamt drei Zimmer mit Küche und Bad. Außerdem gibt es einen Keller mit Waschmaschine und einen Fahrradabstellplatz im Hof. Im Bad sind sowohl eine Dusche als auch eine Badewanne vorhanden. In der Küche gibt es eine Spülmaschine sowie Ofen und Herd.
Es gibt zwei Supermärkte, die fußläufig in 2min erreichbar sind und man kommt in ca. 10min in die Innenstadt und ist in 5min am Hauptbahnhof.
Zudem ist eine Straßenbahnhaltestelle sowie eine Frelostation direkt in der Nähe.
Hey, wir sind Irène und Paulina und wohnen seit ungefähr 3 Jahren zusammen in der WG. Da unser Mitbewohner jetzt auszieht suchen wir eine Person, die offen für gemeinsame Gespräche oder einen Kaffee in der Küche und Kochsessions oder auch Filmeabende ist. Damit sich jeder bei uns wohl und zuhause fühlen kann, ist uns außerdem ein gewisses Maß an Sauberkeit und Ordnung wichtig. Da wir auch gerne mal Freunde zu uns einladen, wäre es schön, wenn du kein Problem mit Besuch hast, wobei du dich natürlich immer gerne dazu setzen kannst. :) Zudem sind wir eine Nichtraucher WG.
