Hello future roommate!!!
We are looking for someone to join us in our wg in february!!! I will be leaving the Our great WG so the room is available from this time.
The WG is located in a very good area near Eschholzpark.
We are a 5 people WG although currently we are only four. Martina, Vishv, Milena, Ben and me (Cayetana). Martina (30) and Vishv (26) are currently working in IT, Ben (29) works with refugees, Milena as a lawyer and I am a master student of environmental science.
We like to cook together, watch movies or soccer games or just drink some beers in the balcony.
We like to have some gatherings but we are not a party WG, although we enjoy some nights out.
The WG is quite big, there is a living room with a huge couch and a TV, a big and fully equipped kitchen with a nice table, a balcony, 2 bathrooms and great atmosphere.
The landlord provides everything for the wg, so there is no need to bring furniture! She even provides towels and bed linen.
The room you would be occupying has 12sqm, it has a big window, a desk, wardrobe, double bed, and a shelve! The room is very bright and has parquet flooring. It was renovated 1 year ago so it is in perfect conditions.
