Looking for a subletter from 01.05.2018 (or 01.06.2018 depending on how fast the processing goes). Contract is up to 30.09.2018 but I think it can be extended after that. Must be a student as it is a student only housing. The contract will be made with the operating company not with me. I would recommend you to the company as I want to leave the room and get out of my contract.
The room is in a 2 room WG with a shared bathroom and kitchen. There is a storage locker in the balcony
There is a washer/Dryer room in the basement.
There is dm and a bakery right next to the building. Tram stop is less than 5 min walk away. There is a Doner shop and a small supermarket in the building complex. There is a huge Kaufland less than 10 mins walk way. There are multiple gyms nearby. One of them is directly in the next building.
Hildebrandt Immobilien (The that owns and runs the building) requires that tenants be students and that they can provide proof of ability of paying the rent. Either by showing a letter of financial support from their parents or by showing a bank account with enough money.
