Ich vermiete mein Zimmer vom 27.februar bis zum 22.april 2019
Der Zeitraum ist +- 2/3 Tage verhandelbar.
Mein Zimmer hat ein Bett, Schreibtisch, Schrank, eine Kommode, Kleiderstange, Spiegel etc. Das Zimmer hat viel Stauraum und ist gemütlich eingerichtet. Wir haben außerdem ein Wohnzimmer mit Mario Kart, Kicker etc. In der Küche gibts eine Spülmaschine und Waschmaschine ist auch vorhanden
Wir wohnen im Stühlinger, Eschholzstraße, ca 3 min von der nächsten Straßenbahnhaltestelle zu Fuß. Fast am Hauptbahnhof. Man ist sowohl zu Fuß als auch mit dem Fahrrad oder der Straßenbahn sofort überall.
Direkt gegenüber vom Haus ist ein Penny und eine Tankstelle und zwei Straßen weiter ein Edeka. Außerdem ist die Dreisam nur wenige meter die Straße runter.
Kostenlose Parkplätze gibts direkt vor dem Haus oder in Querstraßen
Zu unserer Wg: Wir sind keine Zweck Wg, solltest du also mal jemand zum weggehen, Bier trinken oder kochen suchen kannst du dich bestimmt bei den beiden Lukassen anschließen. Ansonsten macht bei uns auch jeder einfach seine Tür zu, wenn er Ruhe möchte.
Am besten schreibst du mir einfach eine mail mit ein paar Infos über dich und dann melden wir uns.

I'm renting out my room from February 10th to April 20th (negotiable). My room has all the essentials (bed, desk, dresser) and our apartment is close to the city center and main station (5 min walk) and right across the street from our apartment is a penny (grocery store).
You'll be living with two guys (they speak English, Spanish and German), our apartment has a living room, dishwasher and washing machine.
