Das Zimmer ist groß und schön hell, durch das Parkett hat es einen ganz besonderen Charme. Die Wohnung befindet sich im 2.OG und auf den zwei Balkonen lässt es sich wunderbar entspannen.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im Stühlinger und ist somit nur ein Katzensprung von der Innenstadt entfernt. Die Straßenbahnhaltestelle Eschholzstraße ist 6 min zu Fuß entfernt. Zum Einkaufen sind ein Penny und ein Edeka direkt in der Nähe.
In der WG leben Rula (23), Anna (21) und unser Kater Bubu (2). Es wäre schön, wenn du Bubu genauso lieb gewinnen könntest, wie wir. Wir wohnen schon seit fast 4 Jahren zusammen und das WG-Leben ist sehr harmonisch. Wir essen gerne zusammen oder gehen auch mal ein Bier trinken. Wir würden uns freuen, wenn du dich ab und zu dazu gesellen würdest!
Das Zimmer kann ab sofort bezogen werden, spätestens aber zum 1.06.
